Return Policy

At Charles and Sophie Montréal, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, this document outlines our return policy clearly.

Return Conditions

  • You may only initiate a return once you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • You may try on the item, but wearing it is not allowed.

  • Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return some is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return via info@charlessophiemontreal.ca within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. You will return the item at your own cost, including any customs or shipping fees.

  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned item at the return address and confirmed its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for the issue.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
